Do you operate on a subscription or retainer basis?
No. There are no subscriptions, memberships, or retainers.
You only pay for the services you enlist our services to complete. Whether you just need a one-time pressure washing or full listing prep and landscape refresh, you're billed just for the work performed.
What types of services do you offer?
We handle all of the most common tasks needed before and after a home is listed, including:

We have a large network of vetted tradesmen available to complete the work. Give us your scope and deadlines we and we will do everything within our power to meet them. We haven't missed one yet!

Yes.
We provide clear estimates so you know exactly what work will be completed and what to expect before the project starts.
Who pays for the work?
That depends on the situation. We can work directly with Realtors, homeowners, buyers, or tenants or a mixture of all. Invoicing responsibility depends on how the transaction is structured and who is requesting the services.
